What we collect when you ask for a free analysis, mail us or work with us, why, and what your rights are. Short, and without legal fog.

01Who is responsible

Rozenblad Global B.V., trading as Tjenno AI, registered at Argonweg 23, 1362 AA Almere, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 76316114, VAT NL860585712B01 is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@tjenno.ai. This statement is about our own website and contacts. When we process data for a client, our data processing agreement applies instead.

02What we collect

  • Free shop & site analysis: your website, platform, the answers you pick (what to fix, phase, timing, readiness), first name, company, email address and, if you give it, phone number.
  • Email and calls: what you send us, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Clients: contact and billing details, and what we need to deliver the work.
  • Website: our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. One case page plays a video hosted on our client's own website (footballmentorcoach.nl), which receives your IP address when the video loads.
  • Analytics, only with your consent: with Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, we see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, where you came from, and actions such as clicking a button or sending the analysis form. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not run and places no cookies.

03Cookies

We only place analytics cookies after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): tell visits apart, kept for up to 13 months, only with your consent.
  • tjenno_ai_consent (stored in your browser): remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.
  • tjenno_ai_lang (stored in your browser): remembers the language you picked.

04Why we use it

  • To prepare and send your free analysis and follow up on it (steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering you).
  • To reply to your questions and plan an intro call.
  • To deliver our services and send invoices (the agreement and our legal obligations).
  • To keep our website secure (legitimate interest).
  • To see which pages and channels help visitors, and to improve the website (your consent).

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter without your consent.

05How long we keep it

Analysis requests and other leads: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and billing records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Google Analytics data: 14 months. Server logs: a few weeks at most.

06Who we share it with

Only with those who help us do the work: the specialists in our team who work on your analysis or project, suppliers such as our hosting and email providers, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google as the provider of Google Analytics and Tag Manager. We have switched off data sharing with Google for its own purposes. They may only use your data for that purpose. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

07Outside the EU

Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google, for example, may process analytics data in the United States. We only work with them on a valid legal basis, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU standard contractual clauses.

08Security

We protect your data with measures such as encrypted connections, personal accounts with multi-factor authentication and access only for the people who need it.

09Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to its use, or to receive it in a usable format. Mail us and we reply within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

10Changes

We may update this statement, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows the latest version.
