where you stand.

One point of contact, a short report every month and the right channel for the moment. Try every touchpoint yourself: the WhatsApp chat, the mails you'll get, the Google Meet call, the report and the feedback form. The examples use a fictional client.

Our promises

Four things we always do.

01

One point of contact

Etienne from first call to monthly report. You never brief the same thing twice.

02

Nothing goes live without a yes

Test page first, your approval second, launch third. Every time.

03

A source and a date on every number

In reports, in calls and in chat. If we can't source it, we don't say it.

04

Your accounts stay yours

Site, domain, ad accounts and licences stay in your name. Your ad budget goes straight to Google or Meta.

Questions

Good to know.

Something else? Mail hello@tjenno.ai

Who is my contact?

Etienne, from the first call to the monthly report. He brings in the specialists your plan needs, such as Quincy for ads or Avtar for SEO.

Can I just WhatsApp or call?

Yes, for quick questions about ongoing work. For changes to pages, please use the feedback form so nothing gets lost. For advice on a new question outside your package, we plan a consultancy call.

How often do we speak?

Found: a monthly report. Grow: a report and a 30-minute call every month. Dominate: a call every two weeks. You can always plan an extra call.

What is in the monthly report?

What we did, what moved, what it brought in and a short decision list. In plain language, with a source and a date on every number.

How do I ask for a change?

With the feedback form. Add the page link, what it says now and what it should say, plus screenshots. The form shows when you can expect it.

When do I get an invoice?

Monthly packages are invoiced in advance each month. Projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch. Invoices are due within 14 days.

What if I want to stop?

After the minimum term you can cancel per month, with one month's notice, by mail.

Who owns my accounts and data?

You do. Your site, domain, content and ad accounts stay in your name. We work with the access you give us. More in our privacy statement.

Let's see where
you stand.

Twenty minutes, no deck. You tell us what you sell and to whom; we tell you what Google and the AI assistants currently say about you.

  • Where you stand in Google and in AI answers
  • What your competitors do better
  • The first three things to fix

Questions we answer in a 20-minute intro:

  1. Why does my competitor show up in ChatGPT and we don't? Usually it comes down to the sources AI trusts. In 20 minutes we show you which ones mention them, and how to get you in.
  2. How do we get more leads without a bigger ad budget? By putting ads and SEO on one keyword plan, so they stop competing for the same clicks. We'll show you where that pays off first.
  3. Our new website looks great. So why doesn't it rank? Often it's structure, speed or content Google can't read. We check it live and give you the first three fixes.
  4. What does AI say about our company right now? Let's ask it together. In the intro we check Google's AI overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for your name.
  5. Which of our marketing actually brings in customers? We tie every channel to calls, forms and sales, so you know what each euro brings in. Want to see where you stand?
