Terms of
service.

Draft, pending legal review

The rules for working together, in plain language. They follow the same promises as our pricing page: fixed prices, no ad-budget margins, and you own what we make for you.

01Who we are

These terms apply to Rozenblad Global B.V., trading as Tjenno AI, registered at Argonweg 23, 1362 AA Almere, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 76316114, VAT NL860585712B01 (“Tjenno AI”, “we”). “Client” or “you” is the business that asks us for an offer or works with us. Our services are meant for businesses; these terms are not written for consumers.

02When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer, agreement and piece of work by Tjenno AI, including work done by the specialists in our team. Your own purchasing terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing. If a written agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins on that point.

03Offers and agreements

An offer is valid for 30 days. An agreement starts when you accept the offer in writing or by email, or when we start the work at your request. Prices on our website are indicative until confirmed in an offer.

04Packages, modules and projects

What is included in a package or module is described on our pricing page and in your offer. Projects, such as a new website, have their own written scope and delivery date. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing before we start them, including their effect on price and planning.

05Term and cancellation

  • Packages run for a minimum of 6 months with a one-off onboarding fee, or 12 months without one. You choose when you accept the offer.
  • SEO & GEO as a single module runs for a minimum of 6 months. Ads, Care and other modules are monthly.
  • After the minimum term, everything is cancellable per month with one month's notice, by email.
  • You can move up to a bigger package any month. Moving down is possible per quarter.
  • Either party may end the agreement straight away if the other party seriously fails to meet its obligations and does not fix this within 14 days of a written notice, or goes bankrupt.

06Prices, invoices and payment

  • All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
  • Monthly fees are invoiced in advance each month. Projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch, unless the offer says otherwise.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days. If payment is late, we may charge the statutory commercial interest and pause the work after a reminder.
  • We may adjust monthly prices once a year on 1 January, by no more than the CBS consumer price index of the previous year. We tell you at least one month in advance.

07Advertising budgets and third-party costs

Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or other platforms, on accounts in your name. We never add a margin to your ad spend. Licences, domain names, plugins and other third-party costs are yours unless your package says otherwise. We are not responsible for decisions, outages or policy changes of these platforms.

08What we need from you

You give us timely access, information and approvals. Nothing goes live without your okay. If a delay on your side affects the planning or the result, we are not liable for that, and we may charge extra time this causes after telling you first.

09Work outside the scope

Work outside your package or project is done only after your approval, at €110 an hour or as a fixed-price sprint. An hour bundle of 10 hours costs €950 and is valid for 12 months after purchase.

10Results

Search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms decide their own rankings, answers and prices. We commit to doing our work with care and expertise (an obligation of effort), but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions in AI answers, traffic or revenue.

11Ownership and intellectual property

Once paid, you own the website, content, designs and data we make specifically for you, and all accounts stay in your name. We keep the rights to our own methods, tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and you may use what is part of your deliverables without limits. We may mention you as a client and show the work in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to.

12Our team and partners

Tjenno AI works with senior specialists who run their own companies. They work under our responsibility as subcontractors, and we remain your point of contact and responsible for the work.

13Confidentiality

We keep confidential everything you share with us that is marked as confidential or is clearly confidential by nature, also after the agreement ends. The same applies to the specialists we work with.

14Personal data

If we process personal data on your behalf, for example in analytics, forms or ad accounts, our data processing agreement applies and is part of our agreement with you. How we handle our own contacts' data is described in our privacy statement.

15Liability

Our total liability per agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the event that caused the damage, and never more than the amount our insurance pays out, if any. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence. Claims expire if you do not report them in writing within 12 months after you discovered the damage.

16Force majeure

We are not liable if we cannot deliver because of circumstances beyond our control, such as outages of platforms or hosting providers, illness in the team, or government measures. If this lasts more than 60 days, both parties may end the affected part of the agreement.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied when your agreement started keeps applying until your next renewal, unless a change is in your favour. We tell you about changes by email.

18Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the district where Tjenno AI is established, unless the law says otherwise. We will always try to solve things together first.

Questions we answer in a 20-minute intro:

  1. Why does my competitor show up in ChatGPT and we don't? Usually it comes down to the sources AI trusts. In 20 minutes we show you which ones mention them, and how to get you in.
  2. How do we get more leads without a bigger ad budget? By putting ads and SEO on one keyword plan, so they stop competing for the same clicks. We'll show you where that pays off first.
  3. Our new website looks great. So why doesn't it rank? Often it's structure, speed or content Google can't read. We check it live and give you the first three fixes.
  4. What does AI say about our company right now? Let's ask it together. In the intro we check Google's AI overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for your name.
  5. Which of our marketing actually brings in customers? We tie every channel to calls, forms and sales, so you know what each euro brings in. Want to see where you stand?
